This is the first chapter (I think) that has a purely English title (beyond acronyms). The title and contents are a reference to the first Gamera film in the trilogy from the 1990s. The name “Duke Gaa” is, however, another refernece to Okamoto Tarou who designed the Tower of the Sun; this was the name of his pet crow.

Next week the final volume starts. I'm going to try to speed things up a bit.
